State fights 'partisan' Mirvac boss on inquiry - The Australian



ONE of the nation's highest-profile captains of industry is at the centre of a political fist-fight between the Gillard and Baillieu governments that threatens to scuttle a formal inquiry into spiralling building costs.



Mirvac chairman James MacKenzie has been nominated by Labor to head a three-member panel of eminent Australians to inquire into the issue and report by July.
