A 13-year-old girl has been taken to hospital with leg injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Canberra’s north.


Emergency services were called to the intersection of Clarrie Hermes and Kuringa Drive in Nicholls about 2.30pm on Wednesday afternoon.


A girl has been treated by paramedics for lower leg injuries and taken to Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.


Police were called to the scene and are investigating the collision.


An ACT Policing spokeswoman said traffic was not interrupted.


No charges have been laid.
