Roster changes come under FWA scrutiny - The Australian



EMPLOYERS would be required to consult genuinely with employees before changing their working hours or face potential action through the Fair Work Commission and the courts, under proposed Labor changes.



The Gillard government plans to amend the Fair Work Act to require an employer to consider any impact of changes to rosters and working hours that are raised by employees, particularly in relation to family caring responsibilities.
