A mailman in the US has been caught pepper spraying three small dogs on the other side of a fence as he is delivering mail to a home in Texas. The three small, furry dogs — Bella, Romeo and Lexi — were barking on the opposite side of a locked gate to where John O'Veal, 21, was standing.
