    Four local designers made their mark on Canberra as they unveiled their $10,000 winning designs from the ACT Government's bike rack competition on Friday.Sculptures shaped as an endless loop curve, a Penny Farthing bicycle, a cross-like design and Parliament House will be displayed around Canberra in an effort to get more people riding.
