Two Canberra men aged in their 40s have been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
Jason Heath Dodd, 40, was found guilty of two counts and his co-accused Kevin Henry O'Rafferty, 42, guilty of one charge and not guilty of second in the ACT Supreme Court.
The pair assaulted the girl while she was in Dodd's home in May last year, when she was in an extremely intoxicated state.
She told the court, she had woken to find the men assaulting her, but drifted in and out of consciousness.
The bail originally granted to both men has been revoked.
The pair will be sentenced next month.
