The Crusaders have downed the table-topping Brumbies 30-23 in Canberra to remain in touch with the New Zealand conference leaders.
The red and blacks were level at 10-all at halftime through an Andy Ellis converted try and Dan Carter penalty before taking charge in the second spell.
Zac Guildford and Israel Dagg scored second half tries, while Carter added a further two penalties and two conversions.
A late try to Ben Mowen and a penalty gave the Brumbies hope of a draw but the Crusaders closed out for victory.
The Crusaders remain in third in the Kiwi conference, two points behind the Blues.
