New Zealand to take 150 asylum-seekers from Australia - The Australian



NEW Zealand will come to the Gillard government's rescue by taking up to 150 asylum-seekers now held in Australian detention centres.



Julia Gillard and her New Zealand counterpart John Key will announce the plan at a media conference in the resort playground of Queenstown, today.
