JULIA Gillard says Tony Abbott has never given up the "drive nor will" to bring back Work Choices and warns Labor is ready for a fight with the Coalition over the issue at the next election.

Ms Gillard said the Liberal party would always seek to bring back its controversial workplace relations policy and the Coalition's proposal on industrial relations, outlined in The Australian today, exemplified that.
