Small and medium-sized businesses remain uncertain of their obligations to ... - The Australian



FOUR out of five small and medium-sized employers say the Gillard government's labour laws have made business more difficult, nominating compliance costs and complexity associated with the Fair Work Act and the modern award system their most prevalent concerns.



A survey by workplace relations consultancy Employsure also reveals that 2 1/2 years after the introduction of the act, most small and medium-sized businesses remain uncertain of their obligations to employees.
